The benefits of praying with and from your heart are wide-ranging and countless. 

But perhaps the most important benefit of this way of prayer is its unique ability to establish a deep trust between you and the Lord.

When it comes to trusting the Lord, your relationship with Him works exactly like any other personal relationship.

That is, in any human relationship, unless you can TRUST the other person without reserve you’ll never be able to establish a meaningful relationship with her or him.

It’s exactly the same with the Lord.

You can't enjoy a meaningful relationship with God unless you can trust Him.

And you can't trust someone unless you KNOW at the deepest center of your being that he/she truly

• LOVES you
• ACCEPTS you EXACTLY as you are
• WELCOMES you just as you are —with NO strings attached!

Right?

You have to know in the deepest centre of who you are that the Lord loves you without conditions.

You have to be able to EXPERIENCE FIRSTHAND the Lord’s LOVE for you.

This is a critical part of your journey.

In fact, trying to go forwards on your walk with God without knowing how to experience His love (whenever you want or need to) is like trying to walk on one foot.

Yes, when the going is easy you might make it for a while.

But when crises come, as they will do, you’ll run out of strength.

You’ll start to stumble.

God certainly doesn’t want this for you.

And neither do I.

Many years ago, I myself learned this the hard way. 

Knowing how to experience God’s love any time you want or need to is essential to a happy, holy, meaningful, fruitful, and lasting friendship and relationship with the Lord —especially when you are experiencing pain.

Yet, sadly, this is the ‘missing piece’ of information that many dedicated Christian women —even the most committed —still lack.

It’s Not Their Fault

But it’s not the fault of Christian women that they are missing this vital piece.

The responsibility lies largely with the institutional Christian church which has failed over so many years to teach it.

And the reason the church has failed to teach it is simply that a significant section of the institutional church doesn’t know about it!

And most sad of all, in some cases, even when the church knows about it, it believes (mistakenly) that it’s not an authentically Christian way to pray!

Nothing could be further from the truth.

The fact is that this missing piece is the critical key to unlocking everything that the Lord wants for YOU …

• lasting love
• lasting life
• lasting peace
• lasting joy
• lasting faith
• lasting freedom
• lasting strength
• lasting wisdom
• lasting protection

…in a word, the abundant life (John 10:10) that the Father sent His son to bring YOU —not somebody else, YOU.

This way of prayer is no Johnny-come-lately fad.

It’s definitely not the crazy invention of a few ‘misguided’ Christians!

In fact, it goes right back to Jesus’ own teaching on prayer in Matthew 6.

A Bit About My Own Story

Thirty-seven years ago, I found myself in a spiritual vacuum!

I was unable to 'find' the God I had always known and loved.

I was desolate, disoriented, confused, heart-weary, and feeling like I was losing all control.

In answer to my prayer for urgent help, the Lord found me in my desperate place, right where I was.

Note

He didn’t require me to do anything.

He simply showed me how to re-connect to Him in a new way. 

To do this, He introduced me to a simple way of entering into His direct presence.

You see, the Lord knew that, once in His presence, I would experience His love and peace —firsthand, one-on-one, without the usual filters of words or thoughts or feelings that I had been accustomed to relying on in all my previous ways of praying.

At the same time, He led me to a holy, dedicated, highly experienced and specially gifted Christian spiritual guide.  Over a period of about 15 months, the Lord gave me all the answers I'd been searching for, as well as all the tools I would ever need to journey successfully through trauma, crisis and pain again.

For all the 37 years since, this way of prayer has never ONCE let me down.

It will do the same for you.
